Dares are simple pledges we can make to reduce our impact on the environment and boost wellbeing. Staff at SaSH are invited to suggest ideas for our next set of dares that all staff will be able to pledge.
What should we be doing to create a greener NHS?
Since we launched Dare to Care over 140 people at the Trust have signed up to over 860 dares which help us towards our goal of delivering Care Without Carbon – our shorthand for a greener NHS and more sustainable healthcare. Fantastic! We would like to see the number of people making a pledge triple in the next six months.
You can help us encourage more people to make a pledge. The time has come for a refresh our dares and you have the opportunity to tell us what you’d like them to be.
What do you think would be a good dare for the next six months? Is there something you think we could be doing better to help look after our environment, for ourselves and our patients? Or do you have some great ideas for how we could reduce waste or recycle more? We’re open to all your ideas and suggestions so please do send them in. All ideas will be considered and we will let you know if your dare suggestion makes the final pick.
Email your ideas to firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday 14thth September – the new dares will launch later in October.
