This week (11th to 17th May) celebrates National Vegetarian Week. It represents a wonderful opportunity for everyone across the country to embrace the humble vegetable in their diet – and to discover it can be a superstar.
Eating your greens is the new black...
The National Vegetarian Society run this annual campaign to get people off the meat and into the green stuff – or orange, red, pink, purple, yellow – the list goes on. Vegetarian diets are becoming more and more popular as people see the benefits…
Vegetables offer a vibrant, colourful alternative to meat – it’s a healthier diet and good for the planet with cattle producing a large portion of greenhouse gasses.
So, why not embrace a week of going meat free and take our Dare ‘Meat Free Monday’ to help you keep up the good work?
