10 September 2019

Living Streets are partnering with us to deliver their Walking Works initiative for NHS staff at Crawley Hospital, which includes a guided walk and training for walking champions.
As part of our Breathe Easy September campaign we have partnered with Living Streets to bring you a guided lunchtime walk in Crawley.
When is it happening?
- Thursday 26th September 2019
- From 1pm to 1.45pm
- Meet in the foyer of Crawley Hospital.
The walk will take you to Goffs Park, Crawley, led by Janey Bray from Living Streets.
Living Streets ‘Walking Works’ initiative aims to build more walking for pleasure and wellbeing into people’s working day, to create a culture where walking is a natural choice for people.
Walking more really does work too – it can boost wellbeing in mind and body, reduce stress, boost your ability to get things done, and ultimately it can create a positive workplace.
Would you like to become a walk champion for the Trust? You could support colleagues to make smarter choices for health and wellbeing, as well as reduce their impact on the environment.
Training takes place on 7th October 12.30 to 2.30pm in Seminar Room 1 of Crawley Hospital.
