23 August 2017

13th September is National Cycle to Work Day organised by Love to Ride.
Active travel is good for you and for the environment
Love to Ride organise Cycle to Work day every year, to encourage as many people as possible to take to two wheels and get pedaling.
Cycling is a great way to reduce local air pollution, which is linked to respiratory illness, and it helps to save money on travel while getting you fit too!
Free Dr Bike
Dr Bike is coming to SCFT on Wednesday 13th September to 3 locations. You will find Dr Bike at Brighton General, Horsham Hospital and Bognor Regis War Memorial Hospital from 12 to 2pm.
Bring in your bike that day and get it checked over for free!
Love to Ride have got some fantastic prizes lined up for everyone taking part, all you have to do is visit their website and pledge to ride that day, and you could be in with a chance of winning.
We’d also love to see photos of your cycle in to work that day, please email email@example.com with your photos and updates on your journey.
